If you wish to delete the personal information you submitted to us through Meta Lead Generation Forms (Facebook/Instagram Ads) from our servers, you can send us a direct data deletion request.
Direct Data Deletion Request
If you would like us to permanently delete your data from our servers, please send us a direct email request following these instructions:
- Send an email to our support team at: Lynexglobal@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Lead Ads".
- Include your full name, phone number, and the email address you used when submitting the Facebook or Instagram Lead Form.
Upon receiving your request, our team will process the deletion of your data from our servers within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
