At Lynex Global Solutions, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital services (Onboarding, Account Management, Listing, etc.), refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.
You may cancel your service agreement at any time by providing written notice as per your contract terms. Any fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable.
If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons solely attributable to us, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
